典故：春節是中華民族最重要的節日，大年三十是農歷年的最后一天，為了慶賀五谷豐登、家人團圓，大年三十晚的團圓飯少不了“三鮮雜燴”。該菜選用時鮮冬筍、海鮮墨魚、新鮮豬肚、肉丸、蛋卷、豆筍、云耳等十多種高檔湘菜原料而成，故稱雜燴，寓意為明年人旺家興、豐收在望。
