典故:春節(jié)是中華民族最重要的節(jié)日,大年三十是農(nóng)歷年的最后一天,為了慶賀五谷豐登、家人團(tuán)圓,大年三十晚的團(tuán)圓飯少不了“三鮮雜燴”。該菜選用時(shí)鮮冬筍、海鮮墨魚(yú)、新鮮豬肚、肉丸、蛋卷、豆筍、云耳等十多種高檔湘菜原料而成,故稱雜燴,寓意為明年人旺家興、豐收在望。

Three Delicacies Chowder
Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. Chinese New Year’s Eve is the last day of lunar year. There are fresh winter bamboo shoots, cuttlefish, pork tripe, meat balls, egg rolls, dried bean curd sticks, dried black fungus and other dozens of expensive ingredients of Hunan cuisine, so it is called “Chowder”, with a connotation of a harmony and prosperous new year.
